Bessa L and the Voigtlander 15mm Heliar.

This is a fun combo. I am not up to speed with it yet as you really just can’t imagine how wide it is until you use it. I am sure I will get shots with my gut in it soon :). I believe I was standing no more than 3~4 feet from the bike when this was taken.

Here is a shot of my Fat Boy taken last spring I believe. This is another of the rolls that were sitting on my bar for way to long. Bad scan from 4×6 print (OK I promise to stop doing this). Color looks really weird all of the sudden. It looked good on the machine I scanned it on??? I’ll have to give it a look…

Yes, my driveway needs repair :(.

06 Fat Boy

I started my Wednesday shooting a few weeks ago

I am planning on shooting downtown on Wednesdays this year. I have 185 rolls of film in my fridge and it is going to be gone by the end of the year I hope :). Anyway I had the Bessa L and Nikon F3 with me for this trip. I still need to develop the shots from the Bessa but I got back the roll that was in the F3. Most of that roll was shot up at Harpers Ferry WV and I will post those soon. The last shots on the roll were of the Uptown Theater on Connecticut Avenue. I had the 43~86 zoom mounted and some C41 B&W film. The lens and the film were not fast enough for the early dropping of the sun. I did get 2 shots that I kinda like in a weird way. Nothing special so I will just post them. Next Wednesday there will be more light and i will have something with a faster lens.

A few random shots from Florida

Well, I got 6 rolls of film back from Costco the other day. Not a bad experience at Costco by the way. They did much better than I was expecting. I am posting a few random shots here that were on some rolls that have been laying around a while. Sadly I leave many rolls in a bowl (actually a golf trophy from when I could play the game) that wait for developing. The first images a from Florida. My brother Tim, Cousin Joey, friend Bruce and I were going for a bike ride and I shot a few shots while we were getting ready. Nope, it appears Tim does not like getting his picture taken. These were done with my Canon T90. After the bike shots are some of my Mom’s dog Riley. I call him Horse cause he weighs 165 pounds.

Yes the T90 will end up on the classic page and I will post more images from it there.
